SNIDE does not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and purchase carefully.
Size Exchanges
We offer exchanges for alternative sizes only, subject to availability.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All original packaging must be included

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery
How to Request an Exchange
To request a size exchange, contact:

The item you wish to exchange

The size requested
If the requested size is available, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are processed only after the original item has been received and inspected

If the requested size is unavailable, we are unable to offer a refund or alternative compensation

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept exchanges for:

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged.
SNIDE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
